What do I need for delivery?
Please bring a shopping bag or cardboard box to transfer your groceries into, as we are delivering orders in plastic crates.
What are the new delivery times
Deliveries to outer Areas are as follows:
– Ravenshoe to Mt Garnet every Wednesday
– Mt Surprise will now be every 2nd Wednesday
– Mareeba and Kuranda every Thursday
Please note all new Customers in the following areas:
– Kuranda will be met at the local carpark in Kuranda ( I will ring you all at the time)
– Ravenshoe you can collect at the Central Service Station
– Millstream at the Store
Leave instructions in notes if you need an alternative.

Where is your shop?
We are at 854 Malanda Rd, next to the turnoff to Yungaburra. You’ll see our signs as you get close to the driveway in.
What payment options do you have?
We can now take Credit or Debit card on the website. We still have the Cash On Delivery option.
We are no longer offering direct deposit on the website.
You can pay by eftpos or cash at our shop.
Can I order on the website, and pickup from your shop?
You sure can.
Pickups can be done when your order is packed we will phone you to say your order is ready for collection.
You can choose to pay online too, or pay by cash when you pickup.
I made an order for delivery, but I ordered and paid for a bulk size by accident. What happens now?
No problem. Make sure to tell us in the “Additional Information” box on the checkout page. Here’s a picture of the box we mean:
What happens if I order an item for delivery and you don’t have it in stock on the day you pack it?
This doesn’t happen very often, but sometimes it does. And if it does, we will reimburse you by cash when we deliver.
If I check the box to ‘Store credit card for future use’ where are my card details stored?
Our online store uses Stripe as the payment processor for credit cards. We use this payment processor because it provides the highest level of security. If you save your card details, these details are being stored with Stripe. More information about their privacy standards can be read at Stripe.com.
